White Horses (South Curl Curl).

How the photo was taken:

A big winter swell was forecast, so I grabbed by camera and headed down to the boardwalk along South Curl Curl headland. As the sun rose over the horizon, the 'White Horses' of the wave broke as it stampeded out to sea. I love the dark and moody feel to this photo.
