260819 - Photo Walk: Wooloomooloo & Potts Point
I was told to stop taking photos and I ate a massive donut 🍩 Welcome to my second YouTube video: A photo walk through Wooloomooloo and Potts Point, Sydney.
These photo walks that I been doing are as much about getting outside as it is taking photos. This walk alone I tallied up 8,000 steps. It’s benefiting both my body and my mind. It’s also helping me creatively.
How? Not only do I try to make interesting photos, the process of creating a video, editing, colour grading, trying new and interesting effects in Premiere Pro, all has me challenged creatively. I am a photographer first and a videographer second, and it’s the videography that is the biggest challenge around creating a YouTube channel.
2 videos down and I’m happy report there will be more to come. I have a lot of photography work scheduled over the next few weeks and I may try to capture some of my professional workflow. Dan Potter and I are planning to catch up for another shoot in the next couple of weeks which is always another opportunity to capture great content. You can view some of the work we have done together here. Our shoot a few weeks back at Sydney Olympic Park was nothing short of epic.
My latest YouTube video is below as well as a gallery of photos from the day.
Cheers, DC
